Our Procedure

Our procedure is simple. When an attorney presents a client for diagnostic imaging services, please provide their office with our contact information or supply them with one of our attorney questionnaires that we provide you with or you can download one here.

Complete and submit our personal injury imaging form online or via fax to our office.

Once we have the attorney questionnaire and the imaging form we will within 24 hours approve or deny case for a presettlement advance payment. The approval will include total amount approved for payment. Update 95% approval rate.

Upon approval we will notify your office via fax and secure an attorney lien. Upon receipt of attorney lien, we will forward payment to your office for scheduled services.
